Follow the following steps on how to import Master List using Team Master Import as an Example.

A. Prepare your Import file as shown below:

NB: Only three fields are required:

1. Code (Team)

2. Name (Team)

3. Team Group

B. Follow the steps below on how to Import the Team Details:

1. Go to Utilities

2. Go to Common Import

3. Go to Team Master

4. Browse to the location of the file and select file for import

5. Map Code on file to Code in Aruti

6. Map Name on file to Name in Aruti

7. Import File
